Hilary Young Celentano has been teaching Tai Chi and strength training to Senior Citizens for over 20 years in the Greater Boston Area. She has studied with some of the most renowned teachers of Tai Chi and has refined and developed this program over many years. She is now offering these same classes online with great success.
Our Vision
The FABBS Lifestyle is more than just exercise. It also focuses on state of mind, the foods we eat, the way we spend our free time. Hilary shares great insights in her sessions that attendees find invaluable. Our Mission
Our goal is to make every older citizen stronger, and more vital as they enter their senior years. Our program is gentle but also challenging. Those that can do more are encouraged to engage fully in each move. Those that are limited, can make a best effort to do as much or as little as they are comfortable doing. As time goes on, most end up being able to incorporate the full range of motion into their routine. For those that cannot, they still get appreciable value from the program and are encouraged to continue as best they can.
