What is FABBS?
This tried and true program will help you stay agile, flexible and strong. Hilary has developed this program over 20 years working with Senior Centers in the Boston area. It includes elements of Tai Chi, Yoga, and strength training. The FABBS Lifestyle is more than just exercise. It also focuses on state of mind, the foods we eat, the way we spend our free time. Hilary shares great insights in her sessions that attendees find invaluable.
How does FABBS work?
Hilary teaches live one hour segments at the following times: Monday/Wednesday – 8 AM EDT
Monday/Wednesday/Friday 9 AM EDT
