FABBS (Flexibility, Agility, Better Balance, and Strength) is an online program designed for the needs of those over 55. It incorporates exercise as well as a focus on state of mind, nutrition, and overall well-being. FABBS is the culmination of over 20 years of teaching and has proven to be a wonderful way for people over 55 to stay in shape and keep flexible in their senior years. incorporates integrated movements and exercises drawn from Body Building, Yoga, Taijiquan, Ballet Stretch, and Strength Training.
