I like Hilary’s approach which focuses on the total body: muscles and joints, with use of weights and therabands. I especially enjoy how she changes exercises and increases use of weights or repetitions along with the addition of aerobic exercises. I would recommend her classes as she pays attention to people with different physical abilities by offering alternative approaches to the variety of exercises.
